Designer, brand builder, retailer and social entrepreneur. Sam is an enthusiastic and tireless creator, having spent 23 years shaping some of the worlds’ most revered brands. In his time as Global Creative Director at Apple in California, Sam led the creative direction, brand positioning and global launch of Apple’s iPod, iMac, iTunes Music Store, Mac vs PC campaign and also the iPhone. After relocating to Melbourne with time spent at Crumpler, Sam went on to create PARK.

Sam will discuss his creative approach, why a strong brand is so powerful and the impact companies can have while delivering returns.

George made his mark on the Australian culinary scene at Reserve where he was awarded The Age Good Food Guide’s Young Chef of the Year and the restaurant voted Best New Restaurant. He went on to inspire the Modern Greek culinary wave in Australia, winning Chef of the Year, opening the multi-award winning restaurant, The Press Club along with the adored Hellenic restaurants, Gazi and Jimmy Grants.

In 2009 George was selected to be a judge on MasterChef Australia, voted one of Australia’s most popular TV shows and shown in over 100 countries around the world.

George will share the story of his rise through the culinary ranks, the challenges of growing at pace, the re-build of his food empire and what’s next as he continues to have an impact on how we cook and eat.

Scott’s unique perspectives and authentic lived experiences as an elite level AFL coach and player, a mentor within the juvenile justice system working with troubled teenage youth and as the LifeChanger Foundation Founder and CEO are thought provoking, impactful and inspiring.

Scott will share how his vision is transforming communities through pre-emptive mental and physical health programs, empowering more thriving, resilient young people and connected communities, and how the same principals can transform your organsiation.

Mo spent 18 years with the AFP as a high-level specialist operator in the elite disciplines of Tactical Policing, Close Personal Protection, Surveillance, and Discreet and Covert Operations.

During his time policing, Mo was also supporting elite athletes across the ATP and WTA tennis tours, Olympic swimming, overseas national teams and A League football teams. Through immersing himself with the athletes and their teams, Mo helped them build elevate competitive success.

In 2021 Mo founded 80/20 MINDSET to work with athletes and corporates, elevating their mental approach, building resilience, leadership, and operational performance.

From morning wellness sessions with World Champion boxer Michael Zerafa, to local menus designed by renowned Melbourne chef George Calombaris, every moment of the event has been expertly curated.

Michael 'Pretty Boy' Zerafa is the current WBA World No 1 Middleweight boxer, gearing up for a world title fight at t-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas at the end of March.

With a professional win loss record of 31-4-0 his career has seen him face off against some of the most ferocious fighter on the circuit - and come out victorious.

In a sport that requires immenses individual strength and resilience, Michael has had to face many mental barriers to reach the top of his game- which he will open up about during option health and wellbeing sessions scheduled throughout the event.

George Calombaris’ food philosophy is inspired by his mother and grandmother and his Greek heritage.

His heritage not only instilled in him a great love for creating dishes to showcase local, season produce, it taught him about the social importance of unforgettable shared dining experiences.

George’s career, like his food, has been exceptional and he is recognised as one of the country’s top chefs. George will design an incredible gala dinner menu for guests of the retreat, combining his signature style with local ingredients.

George is the founder and editor of The Drinks Edit. He has always has a passion for drinks, especially wine and spent much of his career working with across some of the world’s best known wine brands and talking to some of the world’s best known winemakers.

In 2020, he joined SEN sports radio Breakfast with Garry Lyon and Tim Watson for a regular chat about wine, now one of the station’s most popular segments.

George will not only help to design the wine experience on Hayman, he will share entertaining stories and information, learned over one of the many glasses he has enjoyed.
